      As far as I know this is not correct. They shut down Wuhan, but not travel in China. International flights out of Wuhan were shut down, but not out of other Chinese cities (but many countries decided to stop them anyway)https://twitter.com/micsolana/status/1402998799774060561 …

      if the lab leak hypothesis proved out, it would mean the chinese government knew what the virus was and how it worked as early as november or december, but certainly by january. this is when they shut down national, but not international travel. odd!

          Yes but international travel out or into Hubei was also shut down at same time. I looked into this, there seem to have been a couple of evacuation flights in next couple days at most
