Cultures are all different. In the US gay pride is signified by rainbows, in the Middle East it's signified by keeping your logo the same. It's called codeswitching.

As far as I know, it’s a legal issue. There are Corp communication restrictions on specifically mentioning LGBT or women’s rights, or any minority group. My employer has to just put them all under a generic ‘inclusion’ label in our UAE office.
