neither is most of ideologies... most do not address well *how* to have a good government, they just *want* have some and in the end, everyone want that, especially when you have little of it.

It’s wild, decades of regulations made in SF and most always have the opposite effect of the publicly explained goal. Everything from rent control to decriminalizing theft, all just exacerbate the problem. When will the citizens realize this?
My theory is they just want people to leave.
I feel like a crazy person trying to explain that all the partisan / faction labels in SF largely don’t correspond to the real situation in terms of who wants operational capacity vs not, or map to much outside of the SF context.
Are you optimistic or pessimistic about Miami?
Would you consider yourself more in the classical liberal camp? Basically Libertarian but ok with some public government run things.
