I feel like aggressive driving in NYC is typically based on a rationale notion of gaining time advantage. In Miami, the driving just seems randomly abusive like you are an obstacle in a video game.
some incredibly fast (in right lane), some far below speed limit (in left lane), random swerving, random stopping, aggression to no conceivable end crashing into total and dangerous passivity, all of this happening while engines revving, blinker is apparently optional
