Yes, but in LA you’re driving badly at 3 MPH, in Miami it’s at 85 MPH. If you don’t like it, take Ubers, don’t bother driving here. You’re new here, learn the local customs. And if COVID didn’t help you figure it out-signage is not actual rules here, laws sometimes require signs.
