There are just 3 joke references to females as far as I read. I think all tech bros should just stop referencing or alluding to the other gender in every conversation from now on just to be safe they don't loose their jobs.

You could just try treating all your coworkers as your coworkers, all human beings as fellow human beings. Unpersoning or banishing women because you can't figure out how to do that is not a viable solution. If you have to do that to keep a job, you're not fit for the workplace.
