I think cities need to be stricter about helping the homeless that are true residents vs those that come from elsewhere. No city has the resources to help homeless from all over the country/state

yea there are a lot of invented numbers floating around courtesy of the robust, untethered local activist community that runs our local homeless industrial complex. one figure we know for sure is real however is the price tag on our city-run encampments.
