What if they didn’t mean to end up in one of the most expensive cities in the world? What if they can’t afford to leave the city? Do you recommend paying to transport them somewhere else, where you would prefer they live in a tent?

It is really funny how that works. I’m sure housing could be provided at a much better and more efficient manner in LA for example if it were in some open area in the outskirts of the city. But no, gotta have a tent city in Brentwood to spite the rich

They don't understand incentives. Allowing people to camp and do drugs on the street, then giving them more services and stuff, means more people will do it

Mike you are 100 percent correct. California has the water, sewer and electric infrastructure in Palmdale and Lancaster to provide free tiny humble homes for every single homeless person in the state inexpensively

BUT - the homeless themselves want to live in either Venice or San Francisco so that is where they get to live. And every year tens of thousands of homeless all over America get in a bus to come to cosstal california to live.
