It's really quite something to state that the biggest bookseller in the world hasn't contributed to education.
Of course they have. Just like public libraries have as well. Compare Amazon to other book sellers or online retailers. At least it'll be in the same ballpark. E.g. Walmart employs over 2 million people.

Sure. As have I, plus borrowed a bunch from public libraries. My point was that this is an apples to oranges comparison.
