@antoniogm 's story of @paulg helping him out in Chaos Monkeys is pretty incredible. Not sure if PG was actually on the board, but kinda wild how having someone like that in your corner can make or break your company
mostly you just need an investor for their money. but every now and then you really do need someone on your board who’s not a total coward. these moments tend to be existential.
