This is clearly an alien. How do I know? First, no nipples. Who doesn’t have nipples? Aliens, that’s who. Second, watch when “he” jumps off the car. His face kind of dissolves away into a green blur as he disappears into the crowd. I believe that to be his uncloaked form.
