for whatever reason a lot of the free speech classical liberalism guys & associated supporters in other fields are pathologically unable to resist dunking on accounts many orders of magnitude smaller than them

i think ‘dunking down’ is not okay, though imo ‘down’ is complicated by whether or not a person is working in media, which brings disproportionate credibility, and whether or not a tweet is going viral. i also sometimes screenshot a really funny one bc i am frankly only human.

yeah it's flexible, my rough guidelines are viral (>5k ish) posts are fair game, replies are fair game, honestly anyone >20k is fair game but if you're >100k be judicious. i don't go after qts normally bc i view dunks for your own audience as distinct from replies for mine
