I've been thinking a ton about this lately as have been spending a lot of my time in non-English speaking rooms and using some hacky combo of Google Translate Meet etc. to do the "real time" and can imagine a menu of language streams

I recently stumbled upon on a room that had someone translating English speakers to the predominately Japanese audience! As someone who can listen/speak Chinese but can't read/write, Clubhouse is uniquely positioned to let me engage with others in Chinese!
