i recommended parker in my guide, but it took a lot of digging to learn anything about her. the average person doesn't vote in these elections. this is partly because no one knows what the board actually does, but also imo bc no one really knows how the members differentiate.

Hard to see this as anything other than a flex to show that if they can remove the names of Lincoln, a universally admired figure, as well a sitting CA senator, they can do it to anybody.
