Hard to sum up full thoughts here without it looking bad, and reputation was a bad choice of word, but I don't know what else to call it. An overlay with wikipedia style sources so people could make up their own minds, on people and concepts. I dunno, Twitter is broken though.
Should be the sort of thing created 3rd party, as a browser plugin with customizable information filters so the user has to be active in how they are consuming the info. I don't think this sort of thing should be built by twitter.
