      the single most helpful thing twitter could do to improve discourse — and probably global stability — would be implementing tools for mass blocking, which would dramatically accelerate social silo’ing and impede the scale of viral information sharing.

      Just remove anonymity and most issues would subside, add in $1/mo and you remove the bots that don't want to be traced

          Removing anons from twitter would remove a lot of bad actors, but would also remove a lot of truly top-tier posters. Pseudonyms and Pen Names are Lindy!
