You can block certain keywords to remove that conversation from your purview. Won’t block them but blocks the conversation. Does that help at all?

More generally, any time I read a tweet that both: 1. Raises my blood pressure 2. Is about something that does not actually affect my life I figure out which of the words to mute so I can avoid the emotional rollercoaster of useless sensationalism in the future
