i liked a lot of this but the idea that widespread distribution of speech is somehow less accessible today than it was in the 1700s is kind of absurd lol and also goes against most libertarian legal opinions
i agree with this completely actually, though do think the scale of communication changes the impact. was honestly just trying to juggle a lot in this one.
