Agreed. But all of the solutions being offered are insufficient. And they're simply using the powers afforded to them by the law and the markets. What would you have changed?

To protect or guarantee access to the platforms? Or am I missing your point? The only current way to address this is to build new platforms that guarantee services these platforms are currently denying, no?

it's not really possible to build new services of this kind, as we saw this week. re-litigation of pre-existing law or crafting new law is probably the only path back to a more open internet, but i don't see any of that happening fwiw.
