cmon lol you know it’s because they have too much power that said erasure is even conceptually possible
power wouldn’t matter in the social media context if it were neutrally exercised. as it’s not, i agree we have a problem. i write about this a lot!

i think we agree that they’re garbage at exercising it i suppose some, although not necessarily me, would just say it’d be better for everyone to break them up and let them compete under the law instead of making them figure out governance for userbases the size of large nations
