It's an open secret that there are price fixing agreements on the labor of engineers between the major tech companies.

Work life balance issues. Some firms expect 60-80 hours a week, especially firms that abuse HB1s. Age discrimination. Bad management. Coworkers who can't code. Issues with stock options and grants. There's plenty of issues. But most union efforts don't really address them.
