How does arresting drug dealers fuel a surge in overdoses? I personally believe the opposite (e.g., our giving out 15,000 needles a day and releasing all the dealers leads to overdoses).
our city government's persistent conflation of fentanyl addicts and dealers is so offensive. addicts = people suffering from a disease who deserve our sympathy, help, and btw SHELTER WOULD BE NICE @sfbos. dealers = criminals responsible for murder who deserve to be in prison.
