I don't understand how he spends so much time railing against housing policy and yet fails to mention Prop 13 in the entire article.
i’ve written about prop 13 for over a year, and most recently in my november voting guide. i also referenced it directly via property taxes in the piece, though no, did not name it explicitly. i’m sorry i did not include the entire history of abysmal ca housing policy!
