Extraction meaning they long for the days before tech? Hah. My neighbor in Palo Alto is a retired general contractor who built his own house which is now worth 10x what he paid to build it. Tech benefitted many more than only those who are in it.

Who cares what morons think? I just moved to Miami a couple months ago. I can't believe how cheap it is relative to the weather, water views, and general quality of life. I couldn't imagine living in CA.
