I think if I were a billionaire I would completely and totally ignore what these people say to do with my money. After all, what do they know about money, they aren't billionaires And if pure cash money solved all ills then the world would be much different

Airbnb is a symptom not the problem. The problem is poor zoning created by the government that inhibits upwards growth to keep up with housing demand. As long as prop 13 exists, homeowners will support the status quo.
