Yes, but those virtual cities and communities that exist in the cloud can be brought into a physical space as a city. Time to build the future

The issue is that a city isn't an information protocol, it's a place where people have to actually live. Otherwise there are subreddits that are probably already "cities" at which point, the term just becomes useless.
