How Venture Capitalists Are Deforming Capitalism by the @NewYorker
This article is eye opening. Venture Capitalists manipulate the market & prop-up failing business models not for the common good, but to simply win a big pay out at IPOs.https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2020/11/30/how-venture-capitalists-are-deforming-capitalism …

Oh... how cute, another venture capitalist trying to harass me on Twitter because I stand up for workers. Keep in coming boys.

A significant amount of San Fran 49ers employees will be out of work due to the SF legislature. And it won’t be the players, it will be staff making less than 100k.

I don't get this statement. All she did was share an eye opening article. Do you have a dispute of the facts in the article? I think VC's are needed for entrepreneurs but not Adam and Holmes like charlatans. That's their choice of who they want to invest in, it's just sad :-(

The even sadder part of this is there will be no consequences for white people who fuck up as badly as this and they will keep getting funded. The Q: how to make it worth the VC's money put into businesses like Nextspace vs WeWork? What's the right incentive structure?
