If you literally mean "why are there so few billionaires", then the answer is that human communities rightfully want to see the wealth they generate distributed to benefit them all, rather than concentrated in the hands of a select few.

It's intellectually lazy to make assumptions about someone's position and then lampoon them for it. My position is this: wealth isn't static (it can grow), but it's bound to our material capacity to produce goods and services people need.
