I'm voting yes on 19. It's somewhat of a mixed bag, but like 15 starts to unwind Proposition 13 (and its feudalism extension Prop 58), and Prop13 is at the core of so many of California's issues.
went back and forth myself, ultimately decided "yes" on 19 would create a new class of protected property-owner and make a full repeal of 13 much harder
