packing the courts will fundamentally undermine the bench, eradicating balance between branches of government, and forcing the GOP to follow suit — every election we’ll see this. on the other hand, annoying tweet. hmm, i see how this is complicated!

If the Dems already feel that is happened why wouldn’t they? Could pull the door shut by requiring 60% senate vote in the future and get GOP to vote for it by threatening further packing the court and ramming through anti suppression and gerrymandering laws until they cave
