Can individuals not really see that one side is saying "these people don't exist - Antifa/Militant BLM" and the other side is saying "yea QAnon exists, so do the right wing militia" but we are supposed to be concerned about only the right?

Yes, we are all blinded by our ideology/identity and we tend to "look past" certain serious issues on the left or right in order to promote whatever side we are on.
