This is great. The only one I might differ on is Prop 15, which should be considered in terms outside of SF Property. There's a reason all the farmers along 101 are opposed — it will have a huge impact on land that is used for far more than just shops in a city.

Judging from the abundance of anti-Prop 15 signs in farm land up and down 101, it doesn't seem like there's any assurance tax credits are going to help them out. (Also implications for plenty of other industries where land value plays a role in their cost of doing business.)
