Gonzalez and her gleeful authoritarianism should make everyone frightened and yet no one is paying attention because something something it's just cuz rich CEOs don't want to pay workers more
This is great. If anyone has East Bay versions of this I'm all ears.
if it doesn't exist, it's your responsibility (sorry!)
this is great, will be voting this way. Also if you could maintain lists of people in SF who are either useless or insane, I'd check that daily
This is great. The only one I might differ on is Prop 15, which should be considered in terms outside of SF Property. There's a reason all the farmers along 101 are opposed — it will have a huge impact on land that is used for far more than just shops in a city.
So, I guess "great" that it will give funds to schools but what happens when a head of lettuce is $10? I think the economic implications could be devastating and again could hurt poor communities far more than rich ones.
I've never felt so good voting against Aaron Peskin in my life. Left him off the ballot entirely.
i'm going to do the same for preston
You’ve done your homework-fabulous, imagine if everyone did? In particular you recognize the constipation that Prop 13 brings to the comm’l property mkt (“disincentivizing movement & building”). A nuance that few get. Here is the Poster Child - huge SF bldg vacant for 2 decadespic.twitter.com/Y83yhOIkSK
