      so facebook suppressed the story to fact-check, while twitter blocked it for sharing hacked information. in other words: facebook censored it because it's false, twitter because it's true.

      my guess has been that it's at least something like the DNC hack - the info obtained is real (at least some of it) but phony accounts were used to make it go viral. FB said they throttled it bc of "signals" associated with misinfo, which would fit

          Palmer, what are your thoughts on proliferation of small software-driven distributed systems like the ones you develop as compared to technologies such as hypersonics? Would you feel safe if hypersonics were abandoned and resources were purely allocated to sensor fusion, etc?
