I want to run an experiment where every few days an emoji is removed from the keyboard and see how long it takes for people to figure it out and become neurotic. Starting with flags (probably something like Botswana) and escalating to objects, travel, the 
imagining this doesn't stop, just extends. objects begin to disappear, then places, people, until it's just you, alone, in a vast and empty white space
this experiment is currently running & it's called coronavirus
I'd like this as a de-cluttering service for my home. Minus the hellish existential void for all eternity bit of course.
There was a great Star Trek TNG episode about this. All we need are Alcubierre drives.
