  Remember Mike, nothing the state does is bad unless it's done by the party I don't like, in which case it is bad. Hmmm better qualify that. Nothing the state does, when governed by the party I support, is bad.

  I practice employment law in CA mostly on the plaintiff side and AB5 went way too far. Most lawyers admit it was a pretext to increase employment taxes and to encourage unionization. If they stuck to the original Borello standards it would make it more fair.
