It’s a trifle. Cosmetic. 2% or less, and all indirect through competitive grants open to other competitors. You’re making a trivial point and wasting your brain cells.
if it’s just a trifle we should definitely cut the spending. NPR survives, and there’s nothing left for anyone to complain about. win win.
