Think there's an argument that a good chunk of founders don't behave like they're already multimillionaires, so some of these concerns re: tax structure may have a substantial time lag before they have negative effects. Stanford and Berkeley aren't moving, etc.

Will add that this probably depends on your exact social networks within the bay area, but there is some short-term robustness provided we do largely clear the virus in the next 6-12mo.
