      It's also instructive to look at the deltas in those same numbers over the last week. Sweden is up by 24 deaths per million (again, just in that one week); the USA by 17. Everyone else is single digits, some of them very small single digits. Extrapolate into the future, and...

          Yes, exactly, in that on June 4 (see thread root) the US was 100 deaths/million behind France and 240 behind Italy, and it is now solidly ahead of France and breathing down Italy's neck, despite a much younger population. That was your point, right?
