Interstellar was a good movie but I would be cautious to apply its logic to real life. Recovered crafts rule out natural phenomena. Lastly, it seems from pilots reports that many different types of crafts are encountered so possible aliens and future humans
we still don’t really know what’s happening with the ‘recovered crafts,’ we only know these things in the sky we can’t explain are real

Sure, things in sky are still open question (crafts or phenomena). But once the recovered crafts are confirmed to be of non human origin then at least these crafts are not natural phenomena
