I read a different article cause of paywall but it mentioned courses will be "composed of African American, Asian American, Latinx and Native American studies." so not sure where "social justice 101" is mentioned here

There are many 'faith based' bureaucratic requirements. Many PhD programs - funded by NIH - require federal 'ethics training' that teaches scientists to not fake their data. Nice goal!
