If they canceled a newsletter like mailchimp canceled some accounts...do they give you your list? If they delete or lock your account it’s too late to grab an export unless they hand it to you. Does substack even have an export feature?

That helps. I suppose also substack isn’t public; most cancelling comes when someone you don’t know doesn’t like the way you think. Only people that like your thinking are going to pay for your thoughts.
