due to covid, california DMV appointments are booking up 3 months in advance, and lines — in the middle of our workday — are hours long. indefinitely suspending real ID regs, especially as they concern air travel, is a simple thing our gov could do to improve quality of life rn.

no that's mine too, lol. the first time i went in i actually expected it to be like "the government SUCKS look at this NIGHTMARE" and it was just kind of a nice experience? following two times were also fine. could just be luck, though.
