who is in hysterics? no one is even talking about venture. this whole thing started when a journalist at the nyt, yet again, personally attacked a founder. people responded to the attack, and journalists have spent the last 24 hours arguing that response constitutes harassment.

Nah, I don't think you get it. There's plenty of journalists who do critical, objective work but there's also the group that feels like they have a monopoly on facts and reporting, and cry misogyny/harassment etc instead of responding to valid critiques.
