      the world's most ambitious techno optimists are in the bay area because it was once the most rational place for a techno optimist to live. that math gets worse *every* year. and you moved the goal posts — the city of san francisco is now legitimately hostile to business.

      the math just got a whole lot better with rents dropping by this much sure I'll admit that I should clarify in my original tweet that I meant the bay area as a whole I watched the center of tech move from Palo Alto -> SF in 2012, Bay Area can survive another center-move in 2020
