The risk analysis is overstated imo and this always happens with every new media format. Humanity will adapt very quickly as we always do. Also, the chance for real info to spread to everyone is there (as you state in article). Existential description is very overstated imo!

It's shaping opinions. People are growing up only knowing media consumption from social peers. We are a tinderbox. The newest generation is being used as useful idiots for a Ouija led revolution. Society's fabric is crumbling and it's apparent to many.
