brilliant article! a wild thought; so if i get to hire 200 hundred thousand twitter account where 10 of them are prominent celebrities or leaders. cost might be 10 million. i might be able to take down a small country if odds are in my favour?

the simplest algorithm might be just checking the disjoint set of likes for a cause. hmm categorizing the cause can be done by human though.
