At first glance, I'd guess this is related to this https://youtube-creators.googleblog.com/2020/03/protecting-our-extended-workforce-and.html … and it's just an automated system, likely trained pre-corona, that's misfiring. (I don't have any internal information about this, and couldn't talk about it if I did, so take with a grain of salt.)
