citing the cost of a home office as your key issue with remote work — bc *other people* can’t afford it — feels a little out of touch. i’m working from my bedroom on a desk i bought for 75 dollars at a flea market, and these days computers are mobile. i’m fine.

Biggest problem with naysayers is they fail to account for innovations thay will fill in the gaps of problems like at scale inefficiencies of WFH. They might not exist now but for hells sake the iPhone didn’t exist 13 yers ago.
