This realization just hit me today- as WFH continues and potentially becomes permanent, companies are basically shifting their RE burden onto employees, who now need an extra bedroom as home office to stay efficient (and sane). Should employers subsidize your mortgage then?
i’m working from a desk in my bedroom. i bought it for 75 dollars at a flea market. very few people *need* a home office.
